Passenger Guidelines and Code of Conduct

The Space Shuttle is a shared transport service. To maintain an enjoyable ride for all passengers, please remember to “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

• Be on time. Please be at your pickup location 5 minutes before your scheduled ride. Out of respect for other passengers, the shuttle will leave the drop-off/pickup location based on the schedule. 
• Self-governance. You are responsible for your activities beyond the Space Shuttle. Please observe safety guidelines, including maintaining access to mobile/internet connectivity for emergency calls. 
• Service Disruption. In case of any cancellation or change to scheduled Space Shuttle services, we will do our best to communicate ASAP and take appropriate measures to remedy the situation. 
• Animals. Animals are not allowed on the Space Shuttle. 
• Loudness and unruly behavior. Expressiveness is encouraged on the Space Shuttle, but we kindly request that you respect the comfort of other passengers. Unless other passengers are okay with a loudspeaker, we ask that you use headphones when listening to music or watching videos. 
• No Drinking or Smoking. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the Space Shuttle.
• Refund. To get a refund, please cancel your reservation 24 hours before your scheduled ride.
